VEGAS BABY!!!!: Day 1

We try to get to Vegas every year. Our first trip was in 2004 and we have been hooked since, missing only two years. We usually do well on the even number years and not so hot on the odd number years, so 2010 was looking bright for us. I was visualizing my resignation letter, changes in the price range for our house hunting, even my blog entry after my big win. However, I am very sad to announce that I am at my same job, still looking for a house in the same price range, and my blog entry isn't what I was hoping it was going to be. But that's okay, we still had fun, and didn't come back broke. We have to be thankful for that.

And we are off!!! All excited at the Honolulu Airport.

We got to ride in the brand spankin' new planes. COOL!!!

Don't you love Vegas in the morning? Actually we don't but we are super excited at this point.

Still super excited, but also super tired. Its 6am and we had little sleep on the plane. But still excited on the shuttle on our way to the California hotel.

The first thing we did was wake mom up. We had to meet with my Uncle Sub, one of my dad's brothers who lives in California. We were meeting with him for breakfast before he left to go back to Cali. Aunty Sally, my Uncle Oscar's wife was visiting her son Curtis and they joined us too. The only problem is, instead of Uncle Sub meeting us at Main Street, they were at the California restaurant, Market Street. Oh well, they met up with us after. It was nice to see them all. BTW, I LOVED the Main Street breakfast buffet. ʻONO!!!!!

Mom and Uncle Sub's traveling friend. He drove Uncle there. I forget his name. =(

Uncle Sub and I. Uncle Sub is a funny man. Always making jokes. Wish he visited more often. Tai said he looks like a Yakuza boss. LOL. hahaha.

Aunty Harriet, Uncle Sub, Mom, and Uncle Sub's henchman. Hahahaha.

Carol, Curtis' wife, Aunty Sally, Curtis, Uncle Sub and Uncle.

Uncle Sub, Tai(rone), me, and Uncle.
