Fresh Kālua

I thought the smell of the imu was spectacular. I can't tell you how ʻono the kālua was. We used pork picnic, but it was as if we did a whole pig. I must say that we did an awesome job. Not only was the puaʻa ʻono, but we shredded so well, and cleaned out all the ugly pieces. We did such a wonderful job, I had to buy me more. Just writing about it makes me hunger for that kālua. Yummy!!!
