Mashed Potatoes?

Every year for Thanksgiving I am in charge of making the rice, stuffing, and mashed potatoes. If you know me well, you know that I am all about the boxed stuff. When Mom said that she was making stuffing and mashed potatoes from scratch, I thought I was off the hook this year. I was wrong. She made the stuffing, but I had to mash the potatoes. YUP! Mom got me mashing potatoes. But I must've done a great job. Nobody complained about lumps, and there were no leftovers. Even the kids ate it up. Yay!!!
