Love the Smell of Kālua In the Morning

Up at the crack of dawn to open that imu up. I'm proud to say that we were the first ones there. Ready to go.

The one thing I have to say about the uncovering of the imu is the smell. OMG!! It smelled so ʻono. I want to do it all over again just to experience that smell. Even Tai seemed to love the smell.

Look at all that meat and juices. Yummy!!!

It was such a wonderful experience. Thanks Fresh Onishi for letting us do the kālua at your hale!!!
