We OUT!

Our last hospital stay here was lovely but we didn't enjoy it as much this time around. We LOVED our day nurse, nurse Sherri. She was wonderful. But some of the others, not so much. One nurse missed giving me medication because she didn't want to wake me. so I woke up in pain. And then another nurse just started dropping formula into his mouth because they were worried about his weight loss. And they just didn't seem as attentive this time around. =( 

Even though I could've stayed one more night, I just wanted to go home. Plus we missed our Hanu. So the pediatrician gave us the okay because she felt that he was latching on properly and would gain back his weight so we got discharged. Yay!

And then we get to Hilo, only to find out that the doctor wrote my prescription incorrectly and since it was a controlled substance, no pharmacy would fill the prescription. Can I please get a break here? But that's okay. We were home with our new baby and would soon be seeing our hiapo. =)
