Hilo Pāʻina

So we said that for Bebe's first birthday, we wasn't gonna have anything big. Just a small get together with hamburgers and hotdogs. Well, it went from a small party, to TWO nice size parties, one in Hilo, one in Kahaluʻu. OMG! We are crazy. I can see how some people get carried away with the birthdays.

So this was our first medium-sized party. Luckily we have Uncle BJ, and Aunty Cha. They were pretty much the sponsors of the party. And then we have Nana and her family, another big sponsor. Without them, and the numerous friends that helped, we wouldn't have survived.

Although we were a little late, everyone seemed to have enjoyed themselves. And they all seemed to love the food. The weather turned out nice, and Bebe stayed up the whole time, and he was super good. Mahalo, everyone, for such a nice celebration of our baby's first year!
