12 months

Yay! We made it through his first year. I can't believe how quickly the months went by. My little bebe is not really a bebe anymore, he is becoming a toddler. =( But he will always be my bebe.

We just took him to his 1 year check-up and he seems to be doing great. His weight is 21.8 lbs, his height is 30", and his head circumference is 45.5cm. He is still around the 25th percentile, but following his curve. The doctor made a comment on how bebe seems big to be in the 25th percentile. Everyone usually says how big he is. But I guess not. As long as he is healthy, which he is. Oh, and he took his 3 shots like a boss. Just a little flinch here, a quick scream there, and pau. No crying, and no tears. His parents, and the nurse, was more scared. Haha! And the nurse was so proud of him, and super surprised how well he took his shots. YAY!

Still not walking yet, but is quick with his crawling. He loves to chase us around the house. He too lazy to walk. Doesn't even attempt it. But his balance is great while standing. Hopefully soon.

We are slowly taking him off of baby food and getting him to eat more table food. I thought it would be easier with table food, but we don't eat the healthiest things. We have to start changing our diet so that we can feed him more than rice and bread. Haha! But he did feed himself for the first time. Chicken, rice, and mixed veggies. He loved it.

Still giving him bottles at home. It's just so easy, and helps him go to sleep. Tried to make him sleep without his bottle one night and he was pissed. We shall try again another day.

I think he has been teething lately, just rivers of drool from his mouth, but I only see one new tooth. So he is up to 8 now, four on the top, four on the bottom.

This year has been wonderful. He grew so quickly and his looks changed so much. Let us reminisce.
