HOOTIE HOO!!!

Tai's and Bebe's costume was all done since last saturday. I only had mine left to do. But as usual, I kept putting it off. I was working on it on tuesday and it was getting late. I started sewing sleeves shut. It was time to call it a night. Then I continued on wednesday. Last chance. And I finished it. I don't know how many hours it took me, but I was so proud. I finally used my mother's day gift. Thanks to Nana for helping me out with Bebe's one first.

So all those hours, and what happens? He wakes up from his afternoon nap feeling warm. So we figure we just take him to Nana's so she can see our costumes. We hurry and get ready. Snap some family pics and jump in the car.

See the joy on his face?

A little better.

Nana lives right up the road. We were just gonna jump out, yell "trick or treat" and be on our way. We are driving up and only two houses away and he throws up. DARN! But better then than at her house. So we turned around. FYI, bananas and milk has a very foul smell.

So Tai cleaned him up, cleaned up the car seat and we spent the night at home. Poor Bebe was sick. But he did light up a little when kids stopped by for candy.

Oh well. That's okay. I don't regret spending all those hours making our costumes. BTW, they are for rent if anyone is interested. Haha! Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween!

Did you guys have plenty kids? Kristi's them street had only a little bit houses we could trick or treat. I even grabbed some candies and went down the street and sat in front of a tree and gave out candy so our kids can have another place to stop for goodies, so crazy.

We had more kids come than we thought we would. And I only turned on the light around 7p. Didnt think we were gonna pass out candy. I know, lately seem like no more anybody trick or treating anymore.
