The reunion was going to be held at Wong's Chinese Restaurant in Hanapēpē. Dinner would be prepared by the restaurant and the ʻohana would prepare the pūpū. Good call. The pūpūs were delish. So delicious in fact, I didn't even make it to the dinner line. There was sashimi, poke, hōʻiʻo, won tun, soy beans, smoked meat, namako, even pickled mango. Makes me hungry just thinking about it.
