Yard Progress

I'm sure everyone is aware of our backyard, or the lack thereof. It is just rocks, like huge rocks just scattered here and there, and it slopes down, no real flat surface, and there is no grass. Not a friendly place for our little one. But we have hopes that one day it will be green and lovely, perfect for our family. Sometimes it seems impossible and so far from reach, but one step at a time. 

Luckily we have a friend that works for a construction company. Every so often he comes to the house to do a drop off, usually hollow tiles, just leftovers from their job site. We are so grateful, but apparently so is the company. According to our friend, by dropping off at our place instead of a dump site, they save about $90 per ton, or something like that. It's a win-win situation. YAY!!!

So it's slowly coming along. I question whether this is the right route, but I guess I gotta trust that it is. Calling out to you all to envision our beautiful yard so that it may come to fruition one day and then backyard barbeque at our hale. =)
