As with everything new in Hilo, EVERYONE and their mother's go to the opening. Haha!! I saw pictures on Facebook and it looked ridiculous. I think we went to look either the second or third day of opening, and the lines were still long. And then we strolled back later that day, and there were only a few people there. Yay!!!
We got in line and patiently waited while we listened to some nahenahe music from the live band they hired to ease the wait. But it only took 15-20 minutes from getting in line till we got our food. Talk about perfect timing because the line started growing again. But too sad for Tai, never have Napples. I'm sure it's because people stocking up. Haha! The following week we saw a sign that they have a limit on Napples, 6 per person. Too funny!
Since opening, we have gone twice, just take-out. It will probably be a while till we dine in. But I'm so glad that we have another restaurant choice here in Hilo. Happy Camper!!!
