Panaʻewa Rainforest Zoo

OMG, it has been too long. Kala mai. So I have a lot of catching up to do. Ooops!

Back in March, the Silvestres came over for a visit during the kid's spring break. One of the things we did was go to the zoo. Finally Bebe was awake and actually saw more than the first animal. Haha! Thank you, Silvestres!

Visiting with Puaʻa.

I love this pic. They are too funny.

I think I need to explain these next two pics. Maybe its a "you had to be there" type of moment, but that guy in the background, the one on the wall, well, he might be one of the zoo's workers, like the Dr. Doolittle of Panaʻewa, or he might be just another crazy Puna person. Haha! The last time we saw him at the zoo, he was "rawr-ing" to Namaste, the white bengal tiger, and playing his flute to her too. This time, I think he was making goat noises. Too much. But entertaining, none the less. Even Bebe was wondering what was going on. LOL. haha!

What the...?
