It was finally Christmas time and we were so excited to be on our way to visit family in Oʻahu. It would be his first huakaʻi. So excited, but very scared. Wasn't sure how he would handle it. But we tried to prepare as best we could. We tied his ʻōpū, had his bottle ready, and whatever toys we knew he liked. Yay, first huakaʻi!!!!
They said, "As long as you feed him when you take off and land, he should be fine." But as we were waiting to board the plane, bebe starts to doze off. Of course that would be the case. So I start to panic. "Bebe, wake up."
Knocked out. Haha! I laugh now, but I was panicking. I kept trying and luckily he finally got up before take off.
Popped the bottle in his mouth and he was all good. Even started flirting with the ladies in the next row. Too funny. Great start to his first huakaʻi. Now to see how he would survive his ʻohana. LOL. haha!!

You think Coquis are loud. HAHA! Come to Oʻahu and visit the Ko-qui-bashigawas. WTH? Mama, papa, e hoʻi aku kakou.
OMG! The Ko-qui-bashigawas. Too much. They ARE way more loud, that is for sure. But we love them way more than the coqui, definitely!
The last 2 pictures remind me of the day he went fake me out, sleep for 10 minutes, I take the peaceful picture, send em to you and then he was UP and going again, got his second wind OR a battery replacement.
LOL. Hahaha! That was funny. PSYCH!!!! Fool you!!! He is very good at recharging those batteries. Gotta watch out.
